It is increasingly but steadily now recognised and adopted in schools.  The challenge is often the lack of “common language” between business and education. We offer an initial, complimentary, diagnostic business coaching session without obligation on either part to explore opportunities, identify challenges and establish whether business coaching for schools is an appropriate programme for your institution.

  • Professional Alignment meeting (half day).  Aligning personal, professional and institutional goals and objectives to identify and prioritise the business coaching objectives.
  • Personal Leadership Profiling (using the Thomas PPA “DISC” system) plus report for the Headteacher and Bursar / Finance Officer
  • Thomas DISC Leadership profile exercise feedback session by Skype
  • 20 Annual Coaching Credits  - 20 coaching sessions within a year (up to 60 minutes) either scheduled or redeemed as needed and as mutually convenient. 
    • Topics include: Test and Measure, Key Business Performance Indicators, Business Performance Tracking, Framework for Revenue and Profit Growth, Developing Strategic Marketing Plans, Maximising Leads to Conversions, Developing Niche, “Five “Ways” (process for growing revenue and profits), Systemisation, Sales, Enhancing Communication, Development of Culture, Team Building etc.
  • Online Focus Sheet records – record, track and sign off objectives and milestones as achieved.
  • SLT Level Thomas DISC profiling and feedback for up to 10 members of the leadership team.
  • Communication and cultural development session in-house  (half day)
